104-DIO48

The 104-DIO48 is our best value PC/104 48 channel digital board. Made in sunny San Diego, California this board also is available by request for an extended temperature E2 version.

The 104-DIO48 uses two 50-pin IDC connectors that facilitates industry standard 50-pin ribbon cable headers. If needed the boards can be cabled to standard PB relay and isolation module racks using the CAB50 cables or to an external screw termination board such as the STB50 din rail type unit using the CAB50A series cables.

This makes the board ideal for industrial monitoring where inexpensive replaceable isolation modules can monitor larger DC and AC voltages and still protect the embedded system. The same external modules come in DC and AC relays that can turn on and off voltages with up to 200VDC and 280VAC. This makes the 104-DIO48 a powerful addition to a small embedded PC/104 system.
